UI/UX Designer

Job description

As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for digital products such as websites, mobile apps, and software applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including account managers, UI/UX developers, and other designers, to understand user needs, business goals, and technical requirements to create delightful user experiences.

Job responsibilities

As a UI/UX Designer, your primary responsibility will be to design digital product visual and interactive elements that meet users' needs while ensuring they align with the brand and business objectives. You will use design tools, user research, and prototyping to create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to test and validate designs with end-users and stakeholders. Additionally, you will create user flows, personas, and journeys to inform design decisions and help optimize the user experience. Collaboration with development teams is also vital to the role, as you will work closely with them to ensure your designs are implemented correctly and meet design specifications.

Job requirements

• Strong understanding of design principles, user research methodologies, and experience designing interfaces for various digital products
• Good communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Canva, or Adobe XD

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design
